The Rolling Pin was founded in January 2016 in Duson, Louisiana. Chef and Owner, Brad Sonnier, II, trained in classical French Pastry at L'Academie De Cuisine in Maryland after first obtaining a degree in Culinary Arts in New Orleans, Louisiana. Upon completion of his Pastry Degree, he worked as an Assistant Pastry Chef at The Ritz Carlton in Virginia for two years before deciding to move back home to Louisiana.
